The family of our Carnello products has grown - Dog-Stickys made of dried beef gullet.
This is another special product.
Already at first glance, the difference to other available gullet products is visible:
the Carnello dog-Stickys are smooth, shiny, and low in fat content.
This is due to the special and elaborate manufacture process. Before we dry the meat, it is de-fatted by hand, turned, and then cut. Thus, the outside is what is inside on other products, the smooth muscle meat.
And this turns nice and crisp after air-drying.
But gullet meat has much more to offer than only good taste.
It contains many valuable vitamins like C, A, B 12, Calcium and folic acid.
Additionally, it is also a source for important minerals like e.g. iodine, manganese, zinc, selenium, chrome, iron, fluorine and silicon.
You can also give it to dogs with allergies without a question, because this product is hypoallergenic as a purely natural snack. It only has 5 % fat content, whereas still half of them are saturated, so-called good fats.
